In the event of products being damaged in transit, (Headfiaudio) Legato Group Limited will replace the damaged products free of charge. (Headfiaudio) Legato Group Limited may require you to send photographic evidence of damage before issuing replacement items. (Headfiaudio) Legato Group Limited may require you to return any damaged items and will refund you the cost of any postage incurred as a result.(Headfiaudio) Legato Group Limited will not issue refunds for products which are not faulty.
All products sold are non-returnable.
Postage fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
