PAYPAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you are using Pay Pay please make sure you have a verified PayPal account to process your order. If you need help doing so, please click HERE. Shipping address must match the address with PayPal payment.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded. Shipped order cannot be canceled. Please contact HeadfiAudio immediately if you would like to cancel your order.

INSURANCE & LOST/DAMAGED ORDER

HeadfiAudio will do everything in its power to see that your items are delivered correctly and in perfect condition and will work with you in the event of a shipping issue, Headfiaudio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit through common carriers, and any such claims must be brought to the carriers themselves.

BILLING AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Headfiaudio ships only to a credit card’s billing address. If using Pay Pay you MUST have a Verified PayPal Account. Headfiaudio ships internationally to select countries starting at US$40,00.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
International orders will be declared with full value and are subject to taxes in your country.

TAXES AND DUTIES
